    10.3% AA Cascade hops (whole)?

    I received a shipment of hops today, and to my surprise the AA content of the Cascade leaf hops was listed as 10.3%. I'm not an expert by far (my 2nd batch ever is in the fermenter right now) and I know AA content varies from season to season and from farm to farm, but it seems incredibly high...
