    I'm out of Carafa 2 but I do have midnight wheat. How would that do as a substitute as far as getting me the same - ish flavors?

    Nitro in my homebrew.

    Hey all. Lets say one had access to a nitro tap. Do you think I could try my homebrew on it and if I didn't dig it go back to straight co2? Or would putting nitro in it (for lack of a better term) contaminate the beer and have to finish it on nitro? Thank guys.

    Some kind of pumpkin ale

    I have been reading a lot of pumpkin recipes and a lot of them add the pumpkin in the mash. I have never brewed one before but to me it would seem that a lot of the flavor you're looking for would boil off or wouldn't even make it to the kettle. I just would have thought that the last 15-20...

    Homebrew shop

    Hey guys I've been really really considering opening a homebrew shop. Mainly so I can brew for free or low cost. Does anyone have any idea on start up costs? I emails ATF and they said I don't need any special license from them. Just asking for a bit of advice.

    Can u belive that packer game??????

    That was the worst call(s) I have ever seen In any football game in my life. It's almost as if they are doing it on purpose just to get the refs back.

    Has anyone seen this?

    Maybe I let it sit in primary to long (2 weeks). The yeast fermented,settled, and now climbing the walls of the carboy. Or maybe just haven't been in the game that long.

    Fast fermentation.

    I was just wondering what the fastest your beer has ever fermented. I just put a IPA in the frem. and it seems to be very very very active so I was just curious.

    What to do?

    What's happening everybody? I was just wondering what you guys do with your grains when you're done with them? Besides just throw them away. I have heard some people make some kind of spread for their bread with them. I was just wondering what you guys did?
