as the title states I am building a 20 gallon system, my Vessel is 30 gallon so I am actually going to be needing to bring about 22.5 gallons up to boil. I have been looking into the SP-10 but I am a bit concerned that I wont be able to get it up to boil in a reasonable time frame. Oh Brew...

So, I was wondering. If I were to start producing stir plates, would there be an interest for them? Figure I would gauge the responses, and if its positive, perhaps I can start to get an idea on how long it would take me to crank a couple out and see what a reasonable price would be. So...

Well I guess I may as well throw myself into this mix. Morris CT here, working on building my all grain system, I really want to go E-brew, but for now to keep it budget have to go propane...but its a 30 gallon BK, 30 Gallon MT, and a 20 gallon HLT. ill get some pics going during the build. BB

Well, I really don't think the steam part works. It was in the basement of the bakery, i noticed it was all SS so I was going to just scrap it...then put it in my shed, aka my office, and remembered it a few months later. perhaps I will throw it up on Ebay and see if I get any bites first...
