    Mash tun

    I have a keg that I just cut the top off of to make into a mash tun. Should I go false bottom? Any recommendations are a huge help thanks everyone!

    Adding water

    My 6 1/2 gallon carboy has about 4 1/2 gallons fermenting in it right now, maybe less, should I just let it be? Our can I add water to it after its fermented to make more beer?

    Yeast

    I added my yeast to my writer and it's in my carboy for 10 hrs now and it doesn't seem like much us going on in the carboy. Did I screw something up? My first batch I followed the instructions I was given to the T...I'll be super bummed if so.
