    IBU way high on pro mash

    stupid mistake maybe

    I kegged a beer about 10 hours ago. I forgot to purge the O2 out, never in 30 kegs or so has this happened, and just vented it. Is this going to be a problem? I plan to have the keg empty in about 2-3 weeks.

    I have unlimited access to food safe sanitizer, octyl decyl dimethyl ammonium chloride is the primary ingredient. I was just wondering if this will work for homebrew with no ill effects.
