    Unpleasant hoppy/bitter aftertaste... help please.

Once again, thanks everyone for your replies... RO is reverse osmosis, right? Where do you guys get RO water from? Do you all buy the equipment for that (doesn't seem cheap) or can I buy the water in store? We have a RO water cooler/conversion set up, but I don't think I want to fill up...

    Unpleasant hoppy/bitter aftertaste... help please.

OK, I do have campden tablets at home since I've tried making couple small patches of fruit wine. I will definitely employ those next time I brew. I feel like a total noob when it comes to water treatment. I will definitely do some reading when I get a chance. I did quick search for water...

    Unpleasant hoppy/bitter aftertaste... help please.

    Unpleasant hoppy/bitter aftertaste... help please.

    Question about growing... troubleshooting.

Thanks, Kellan! I was never planning on keeping them inside for too long, and I did move them to a different room once I realized that cats could ruin them. Ok, I will do as you said.. I need to come up with a better trellis system... I don't even want to talk about I'm now :) I'll try to...

    Question about growing... troubleshooting.

Got my rhizomes few weeks ago, planted them in small planters, and they started started coming out of the ground pretty quick; I was very excited! Weather was still iffy here, so kept them in side by the south-facing window. 1st problem I ran in to was my cat chewing 2 of the 3 plants. Pretty...
