    Yeast question

    Being very new at this I am still a little unsure about what and how yeast does what it does. I have a pumpkin recipe that I am about to start and it calls for one package of yeast, in the cherry and apple one it calls for 2. Should I just use the one packet or should I use 2 in my pumpkin mead...

    Need help!

    K so I just started my first batch of mead last month, it has been in secondary fermentation for the last 2 weeks. I left it in my parents basement and apparently my younger brother was messin around with it and pushed the cork down into the carboy... instead of callin me when it happened he...

    New to brew

    Just transferred my must from primary to secondary fermentation. It said to do so after the bubbles went to 30 seconds apart. I ended up haven to go out of town when they got to that point and by the time I got home 5 days had pasted and it really wasn't bubbling... Did I mess up the entire batch?
