I'd definately be in for a hop buy. One variety I'd really like to see (which is almost impossible to find anyway) is citra. If you started it now, by the time money was due it would be early April anyway.

    Cereal killer mill

So I used it for the first time. I did have to adjust the gap but no big deal. My one issue I did have is that my base is upside down. The square poution should be on the other side. The way it is now it is prone to tipping while milling (and I did spill about 3 lbs all over my garage floor...

    Cereal killer mill

Yes I'd say the hopper holds 7 lbs. That's unfortunate that it was backwards. I was actually thinking about reversing mine so it's more stable with my cordless drill hanging off of it. I am soon hoping to add a motor to it anyway so I'll have to make some modifications anyway.

Oh yeah. 5 gal batch. 5 gal mash at 156 (60 min) 4 gal sparge at 172 60 min total boil I am not too sure on these numbers, but thought I'd give it a whirl. I am not using any brewing software yet. I cheated a little with brewmasters brewbuilder to help get my alcohol and ibu where I wanted them.

    Stoudts Double IPA clone

So I have been lurking around for a little bit, gotten a few recipes from on here and currently have my 4th batch of AG fermenting now. A good friend has been helping me out as well getting started. This is my first attempt at my own recipe, and at a clone. I am trying to clone my favorite...
