    How many gallons of EdWort's Apfelwein have been made?

    22162+5=22167 Second batch better than first. Had to drink left over partial bottle, damn you ed wort. Tomorrow gonna be bad.

    My yeast seem to love coffee

    My wife and I did a Chardonnay/semillon kit and added a handful of coffee beans in secondary. Turned out great!

    21,422.25 + 5 = 21,427.25 First batch just finishing up, used brown sugar instead of dex. Tastes pretty good, hope it lasts long enough to age a bit..... Second batch starting asap.
