    I am starting the initial plans for my eBrew setup, and was wondering if anyone has used Heatsink usa to get a larger heat sink for the SSRs.     Very quick ferment

    So this past sunday I made a imperial stout. I pitched it on a cake of wyeast 1056. The OG was 1.096, I took a measurement tonight with my refractometer and with the corrected value it measured out at 1.011. The room temp it fermented in was about 66-70 based on time of day. Does this seem...

    My new Toys arrived today

    Wife just called to tell me FedEx just delivered my Stout Faucet, Regulator and Nitrogen Tank. Sending her to AirGas to get the 75/25 mix. Hopefully my Milkstout will be ready to Keg in the next few days so I can test out the new toys.
