    Know there's a ton of threads on this. But I am just trying to keep keg at normal drinking temp. Along with a couple of bottles . Chest freezer is now crowded at all and it's still in stock condition. What settings should I use for basic "fridge" temps. Thanks

    best bet for a 7.o cu chest freezer, originally wanted to have one mounted, but dont know if im going to do that, which would be best one for the job, and also how easy is the wiring, and is it worth it to go the DIY route or buy one ready to go, thanks

    Sort of brewed this kit, but without NB's golden malt extract, I used 6.6 lbs of briess golden light extract... And same grain/hop bill. Will this work?

    Cool , yeah I knew I didn't see it after carefully scanning the paper,. Also I put this in primary sometime late Tuesday, at around 7 am airlock was bubblin pretty solidly and lasted all Wednesday, now it's pretty quiet and not much action.... Any thoughts?

    Awesome, thanks . Brewed it last night. Didn't rehydrate the yeast and had some nice bubbling action this morning, was confused about the maltodextrin addition. I added it right at end if boil and mixed it up good. Do you remember when you added it? ( too late but maybe for next time I'll take note)

    I have a bottle of this bought warm that is now in my fridge. Think I could take it out and start aging it in a cool dark place now or is it too late as it is already cold? Any input thanks

    Thinking of picking up a Brewers best milk stout kit, just out of ease the place down the road carries this. If I pick it up this afternoon would I be able to be brewing right away? Or will I need to do yeast starter or get a new yeast al together? (I read these kits yeast aren't that reliable)...

    CAn I add dry hops to my secondary fermentor (chinook ipa) and them bottle it the next day??

    yeah this kit called for dry hops to be added. so i'll use glass for primary, then keep bottling for secondary, and bottle from that as well?thanks for help, dont want to mess this kit up, though sure it will come out fine, hopefully
