    Im a little nervous. My OG before pitching was 1.034. Im not sure why it was so much different. I also added 3/4 lb Corn Sugar to the initial boil. Gonna be an interesting one. :) Ill keep ya informed.

    Some trub in my bottles.

    Im glad you made this topic. My last batch a large amount of trub. Maybe 1/4" in the bottom of most of the bottles.     Bullish! A few months ago I was running an oil re-refinery and surfing the WoW forums! It can be done! That being said, it was a pretty lax environment at that time. It has since gotten a lot more professional; my work attitude too. :)
