    Why don't they make glass carboys with 4" openings?

    Be very careful with the glass version of the big mouth bubbler, I have seen many reports of broken ones due to the thin glass that is used.

    Anyone use a thermoelectric (peltier) cooler/heater for fermenting?

    Force Carbonation

    I think I've seen this little device on ThinkGeek. It looks like a fun and interesting concept but I don't think it would be very cost effective. Edit: I assume this is what you are talking about.
