    Almond wine???

    Warm beer head vs. cold beer head

    So i have noticed that when I open a cold beer there is a big difference in the head in the glass than when I open another beer of the same kind. The cold one has smaller bubbles and less head whereas the warm one has larger bubbles and a lot more head. I pour them both the same way. Does anyone...

    Mint additions to beer

    Was just thinking about making a chocolate mint stout. Has anyone ever added mint to their beer? If so when do u add the mint? Is it like a dry hopping type deal or do u add it at the end of the boil?

    sour taste in a muntons cerveza brew kit?

    Does Idophor give off flavors to the beer?

    I Sanitize my brewing equipment with idophor and always worry that it's going to give off flavors to my beer due to it's smell after I sanatize my carboy. Can the idaphor smell give off flavors or am I just worried about nothing?

    Cider with wine yeast

    I'm thinking about picking some apples and pears from a local tree, juicing them with my juicer, and fermenting them with MA33 dry premium wine yeast from Vinters harvest. My goal is to make 5 gallons. This is my first cider and would love some pointers. What should I shoot for for an og?
