Wish I was brewing... I'm at work building home standby generators... Tomorrow I'm brewing a Weiss.

I don't have the cash to get started... Every now and then I search the web for a module system that I could slowly add panels to as I can afford them.

My first brew used a carboy that my brother gave me. It had one dead mouse in it and an extra tail...meaning that there had been two mice in it. I dubbed the brew Rat Tail Ale

I made it through last winter in between Milwaukee and Madison. I have a basement under the garage so the floor may stay warmer. Get an indoor/outdoor thermometer so you can see the inside keezer temps. If it gets too cold go with a ceramic lizard heater. I just have a single stage Johnson...

I bought a dove tail jig at home depot and I'm happy with the way it looks. The joints are visible from the front because I like dove tails.

I don't live down south but I have family in Galvez :)

This is one of my favorite small glasses. Here's one I'm using tonight.

I love the small glasses...having 5 beers on tap I like to have a small glass of each one. Maybe I'll remember and post some pics when I get home.

I love thrift stores and antique stores for beer glass hunting...have also scored on carboys at antique stores.
