    Horrible f¥€king day!!

I'm not sure I even wanna say this cuz it's gonna hurt so much! Ok... I legged a very special brew yesterday for a very good friend of mine. The keg was an extra one so it doesn't go into my keezer with the four taps but the freezer I use for fermentations. So it takes a picnic tap and separate...

    Please don't be pissed!

I've been brewing of course for a few years. What want to know is, are there any recipes to make something comparable to bud light? The reason I ask is because a good friend of mine always tries my beer and says it taste great and he likes it. Then he opens his fridge and grabs another bud...

    Hoe do you know?

How do you know how much sugar to add at bottling? If its a stout, how much? A porter? An IPA? And so forth. Is there a way to tell? FG maybe? Because 4 1/2 oz can't be right for all beers. I could be wrong but I have a feeling that I'm not.

    Best IPA

What is the best IPA from AHBS? I will be receiving hop bomb in the mail on monday and I'm looking forward to brewing it. But I'd like to know what you guys think is their best kit? Oh, and I haven't had anything from them yet. I usually shop at morebeer.

    The best way?

What is the best way to dry hop a brew? I was taught to rack into a five gallon carboy on top of the hops after one week of fermentation. I've read that I can just toss the hops in the primary after one week. This is my first time dry hopping so I'm not sure if it's just a choice thing or does...

    What would happen?

What would happen if you fermented an ale at, or close to, lager temperatures?

    Carbonation problem!

I made a stout. Did everything according to specs. Bottled. And now here I am a few weeks later and there's no carbonation. Is there anyway to save it? All the flavors are there. It just taste like flat beer. It's my 4th time making beer so I'm not sure where I could've gone wrong. Any help...
