ive waited a week and i want to take a gravity reading...but i was wondering if i can transfer my beer into my bucket out of my carboy cause id like to brew another beer and i want to use my carboy....would it be ok to do this?or should i just wait...or maybe even just use my bucket....

its only been about 3 days and my airloock* has either stopped bubbling or its moving extremly slow but the first two days it was nice and steady?has all my yeast died?and if it has is there a way to start it back up?

new to homebrewing.got a kit and recipe the same day and had a 2 hour drive with no ac after that...and the guy and the store said i needed to refrigerate it as soon as possible.WLP004 Irish Ale Yeast(liquid) is what it is...i jsut dont want to brew my first batch and for it not to ferment...
