    I'm going to force carb at 24psi because I have no way to chill the beer down to 40*f so I'll be forcing it at around 60-65*f Any idea how long? It's a month away, do I keep the kegs hooked up to the regulator for that long?

    You should be fine... As long as you sanitized everything that came in contact with the beer.
