    Stuck fermentation in first mead

    Hello all, I'm having a problem with my first attempt at mead. The fermentation seems to be stuck way before it should be done (still overly sweet and syrup-like). I used Cote de blanc, added a few black tea packets, some lemon juice, and yeast nutrient. The fermentation started off fine...
