    pics of some sweet equipment i used for a 20 gal+ batch

    temp for secondary

    I am on day 8 in my secondary. belgian ale, 1056 american ale yeast. the primary went fine temp wise. it was around 68 for that. now that it's winter in the middle of freaking march, my basement is about 58-61. would it be wise to bring the brew upstairs? thanks
