    First time mead advice

    Been a lurker here for 5 years, mostly just reading and heading advice to others, but now asking for imput. Had 5#s of honey and decided to try mead. I am a little surprised at how fast the 2 - 1 gallon bottles are going. So divided the 5#s equally by weight, used 2 1 gallon plastic juice...
