    Autumn Seasonal Beer Punkin' Ale

My ABV I think was 7.4 but I had no off flavors or sourness. I think i finish at 1.010. Defiantly try this recipe again though. When you get it right on your next batch you'll be happy. I wish I had made 10 gallons because my 5 gallons went to fast.

    recycling hot water heater

I don't know anything about water heaters. I just figured there would be parts that would be valuable. So I can use the valve assembly? It is an electric water heater 40 gal whirlpool. Is there a thermocouple or a thermostat I could use?

    Sparkling Hard Cider

I used this recipe and just took a reading. It was down to 1.004 and tasted sour. Did I screw it up or is that normal and will be fine in 8 months or so? Its about time to bottle but I don't want to waste my time if its crap. I plan on force carbing in a keg and bottling from there.

FG 1.010 @ 66* came out to 7.3% ABV. It tastes strong and has a very close punkin ale taste. Can't wait to get it carbed.

Counter pressure filler for rent? Akron Ohio

Does anyone rent CPF's or beer guns? I live in Akron Ohio. I don't have enough money to buy one right now. I would like to take a few bottles with me to work to give to friends. I only need it for maybe a day. If anyone could help I would appreciate it.
