    fresh green garden hops

    quick question, when using fresh garden hops that aren't dried do you need to use more than normal to get what your after? thanks

    1 or 2 barrel mash tuns with doors

    Does anybody make, sell 1 or 2 barrel mash tuns with doors? The smallest ones with doors I've found are 4 barrel. 25 or 50 gallon mash tuns are pretty heavy and would be hard to clean.

    Single hop commercial beers

    Does anybody make a single hop commercial beer? It would be nice so a guy could distinguished the flavors and aroma's of the different kinds of hops. You could buy a dozen beers same malts but with different hops.

    too much head

    Carapils is for head right? I quit using it because I was getting to much head. I keg all my beer. To carb I start about 20psi for 3 days than go down to 10 psi till carbed. After fully carbed, which is about a week or so I turn down to 3 or 4 psi. Still way to much head. This is pretty much...

    stir plate, won't spill fast enought

    I just bought a Hanna stir plate and a 2000ml flask and a 1'' stir bar. It spins but really slow. Should I get a 1 1/2 or 2'' stir bar? thanks

    dumping trub from conical

    When dumping trub from your conical or taking a gravity reading do you need to pull the air lock so you don't suck water back through?

    dry hoping in conical

    How do you guys dry hop in your canical? do you use bags? or just throw them in. How do you filter them out to keg?

    storing kegs

    , tell me where I'm wrong and what i need to do. I go from 3 to 4 weeks in primary then I keg. I put 20psi of co2 and store it in the closet for three weeks. Is the beer ready to drink or does it need a few weeks in the fridge too? If I carb in the closet does the co2 need to be on the whole...
