    Maple Sugar (not syrup)

Picked this up at Trader Joe's this morning. Thinking of maybe adding it to an Imperial Stout. Maybe bottle condition with it. Anyone used it before?

    Canned Air Dusters

Anyone know what kind of compressed air is in these things? I was using one today and figured if its pure co2- I could use it to fill a growler/bottle with co2 before bottling from keg.

    Carboy for Kombucha?

I was thinking of using a 6 gal glass carboy to brew 5 gal of Kombucha. Has anyone tried this? How would siphoning off the finished tea and then adding a new 5 gal of tea on top of the baby scoby work? No airlock just cloth with rubber band.
