Sorry if this has already been discussed, but has anyone come across a temp controller with only 7 connections in the back? The wiring diagram has the second connection for the temperature probe and the first connection for Function Control on the same port - 4.

Brewed this 12/30. Color looked great, hit OG right on at 1.050. Checked the SG the other day (~1/4-1/5) and it was already down to 1.010. I did use Wyeast 1056 American Ale. The active fermentation makes me wonder if I should rack to the secondary before the full 30 days. Any input?

Great pics, I dig the proposed deck. So a friend just dropped some rhizomes on me and I have no idea what to do with them right now. They look pretty rough and I don't know if it is worth putting any effort into growing these. Can I get some advice?
