American Wheat Beer Sam Adams Summer Ale Clone

This just hit me. They were adjusting the grain mill when I was doing my shopping at normally. I'll bet the grains didn't get crushed enough.

American Wheat Beer Sam Adams Summer Ale Clone

I just bottled this today, and think I had an issue with my yeast or efficiency. Post boil gravity was 1.030 (seems fairly low considering the OP's was 1.051) and Final Gravity at bottling was 1.019. :(

Lambic (BOS, 3rd BOS and Two Golds)

I have a Keg I was going to do this in (yay for shared homebrew club equipment!), but if you think it'll be to thick even at that volume, I'll break it down into two boils. Lambic (BOS, 3rd BOS and Two Golds)

    Label Removal Thread

I'll add my two cents here. Bottles with lables that fall off - Souther Tier (anything in 12oz) and Bells. I just look at them crossways and they fall off! Sam Adams Boston Lager has been easy too. Bottles with glue held on by rivits and space tar: Fort Collins Brewery. Judas Priest those...

+1 Woot gets some sick deals (like my Vizio tablet for $150). If you want a Mr. Beer kit for cheap, today is a good day to buy it.
