    AHS' best IPA??

    I just bought & brewed THB 10th Anniversary IPA OG 1.065..itsays that u can drink it after 3 months,But that it is much much better @ 6Months they say its worth the wait . I sure hope so as it was kinda pricey...

    5 gal. boils

    I do the 3 gallon method in 5gallon pot ,when it reaches the hot break,I turn down the heat just enough to keep it from boiling over but still maintain about a 200degree rolling boilyou have to stir alot never had a problem..

    Question

    I too brewed a batch of Irish ale but I used white labs liquid yeast it finished out great ... juts out of curiosity I may try dry yeast next time. Everyone that tried this ale absoulutly loved it.. let me know how it turns out ..Jeff
