    Imperial Choc Stout

This sounds delicious. Why scrape the inside of the bean? Also do you think adding even a 1/4# of flaked oats or barely would help with head retention but not take away from the chocolate flavors??

    Triple Chocolate Coffee Stout

So when did you add the chocolate? I am thinking of doing something like this but instead I was going up the chocolate malt and also instead of adding the coffee to the end of the boil, adding it to secondary and letting it age on it between 14-30 days

    Autumn Seasonal Beer Punkin' Ale

Just finished racking this one to the carboy and boy does it taste delicious. SG is 1.040, a little low but compared to the last 2years where I didn't know what I was at, I'll take it. I also added an extra pound of crystal 60... Probably an oversight when ordering the ingredients.. Anyways I...

    Autumn Seasonal Beer Punkin' Ale

When I brewed mine, for some reason my OG was really low...I don't know if my hydrometer just isn't calibrated, but it showed 1.037... After fermentation I was at a FG of 1.001. Bottled just over 2 weeks ago with 4.5 oz of dextrose.. I used 2 packages is US05 and I think it came out just...

    Autumn Seasonal Beer Punkin' Ale

I just hit 2 weeks in primary yesturday, and mine still has some bubbles every so often. I am skipping the secondary and going to cold crash the last few days. I think im going to go with a 3 and half week primary just so itll still have about 3 weeks to carb in the bottles. Reno posted on...
