    Accidentally doubled priming sugar for Graff

    I just bottled 2.5 gallons of Brandon O's Graff recipe. I forgot I was bottling a 2.5 gallon batch and made a priming solution with 4oz. of corn sugar, which is enough sugar to bottle a 5 gallon batch. It has only been two days since bottling, but I am worried I may end up with bottle bombs...

    Autumn Amber Ale Slow Fermentation

    So, after resisting to start a new post and searching/reading other posts, I broke down. I brewed an Autumn Amber Ale extract kit from Midwest Supplies with Munton's dry yeast on 5/21/11. It started bubbling the day after I brewed then stopped. - left it in the primary for about 10 days...
