    Replaced the lid with butcher block top, dual tap tower with Perlicks. Long time lurker on the forums and borrowed plenty ideas from what I saw here. Probably gonna add a black table skirt (catering style) to complete the clean look. Thanks for the inspiration, all!

    I remember reading about this a while ago. So there's no concerns about plastic contamination of some sort? Thankfully I would only be using it when soda water is flowing, but "off-flavors" would also be more prominent in soda water... Thanks for the tip :)
