I recently purchased the plans to build the Brutus 10 through BYO magazine. If you're not familiar it's a single tier automated gas system that has the capacity to brew and ferment up to 10 gallons at a time. I will be building one for myself in the near future and I'm curious if anyone else...

60 gal...give or take 5. I got back into brewing after 5 years away and getting some gear for Christmas from the wife. I think she knew I would have fun but I don't think she was ready for a full on obsession.

Does anyone have or know of an all grain clone for Lazy Boy brewery's "Belgian"? In my opinion they nailed it and I would love to attempt the recipe. As far as I know they discontinued the beer :confused:
