Has anyone used this for a kegerator or is it possible. Just wondering if there is enough room for one keg and the 5lb tank. Thinking of a possible single tower down the road also. Thanks, dabber

    My Cherry Wheat

Nothing fancy, just a kit from Midwest supplies. The flavoring is extract, however real fruit sounds alot better. Here's the kit. http://www.midwestsupplies.com/products/ProdByID.aspx?ProdID=3470 Just substitute in the cherry. dabber

    brew2

Well I finally got my second brew underway last night. It's the Brewers Best Cherry Wheat. Everything went as planned. This morning the yeast was at work with the airlock bubbling every 2 to 3 seconds. I'm now at work and hope it doesn't get crazy!:) dabber

    Question

I just transferred my Irish red ale from prime to the second. Well it smelled fruity! This is my first batch and was just wondering what it should smell like. It looked great! I forgot to take a FG, so I'll just wait a few weeks and find out. I guess my question is what should green Irish red...

    Splitting Batch (party pig/bottles)

I got a question about priming. Since the Party pig calls for a certain amount of priming sugar, What should I do? Can I just do like usual and just add the priming sugar to the bottling bucket and then take it to the pig? Or do I need to prime the pig on it's own? The only priming sugar I got...

    I did it!

I used a plastic bucket fermentor(ALE PALE). The temp is staying between 70-72 degrees. It is stored behind a closet door where it is dark. I used the dry yeast that came with the kit(muntens?) I rehydrated the yeast before pitching. I'm pretty sure the lid is sealed tight. Like I said...

    I did it!

Well Saturday I brewed for the first time. I brewed the Irish Red Ale from Midwest Supplies. The whole 1st process went great. I can now see why boil overs happen!:D I luckily didn't have one! I got everything done and put it to bed. The next morning (6:00am ) it was bubbling a little out the...
