Irish Red -- To Die For

Tasting notes: Aroma: ->Really no aroma on this one. Look: ->Almost a dark ale instead of a red, would dial back on the roasted barley to give less color for it to be a red ale. ->Not much head, and if you gave it a good poor the head would fall away with little to no lacing...

It does make a difference in how the carbonation of the beverage is and some of how it drinks. Uber-long Primary?

If I lived near you I would offer to maybe coordinate with a friend or family of yours to do the bottling when you wanted to do it while your on deployment for you. So that you had nice good beer ready when you came back. Unfortunately unable to since I'm in Denver, Godspeed sir.

    $74.05 for brand new keg.

Wow, looking for a good way to get in kegging and with the shortage going around on used kegs and me not really wanting to be a used keg for 70 bucks this might be the way to go. Wish I could find out something about the company making them to see if they are quality enough for a keg setup...

    Kegconnection

You admit you dropped the tank... Not sure why I'm responding to this just your post frustrates me in that you clearly caused the damage yet you place the blame in another instead... Good luck with getting your system going though. I took notes and will try not to drop my own tank.

Hello, I had the same experience when I made my first beer. I let it sit for another week to 2 more weeks and it has improved substantially. Think you just tried it before it was not ready.
