Odaniel, How did your recipe turn out? I think I had some bad yeast, it was outdated and got on discount, thats the last time I do that. It came out having a really bad soysaucy flavor.

Force carbing is nice its much less muss and fuss, But it takes about the same amount of time to get the co2 to absorb into solution as it does to naturally carbonate.

This is just a suggestion but co2 will absorbe into solution much easier at colder temps you should get it as close to freezing as possible, most beer will freeze at 28 degrees F. Also running the co2 down the product side, the tube on the product side will send the co2 to the bottom of the...
