    Yes, I made sure to purge some of the pressure when I turned it down and I always pour down the sides. It comes out full of carbonation.

    I recently tried my first keg and I pressurized the keg at around 20 psi for 24 hours, then turned it down to 5 psi and then let it sit for a couple of days. When I poured it out, though, it was all head and carbonation. I don't think I over-carbonated, but I can't figure out what the problem...
