    I am doing full boils, which when I account for what I will lose in evaporation and break material, I usually start out with about 7 gallons in an 8 gallon stainless pot.     Sam Smith's Lager

    Anyone have an AG clone recipe for Samuel Smith's Pure Brewed Lager? It is very unusual as it has a very full mouth feel, low sulfer and also a smooth hop character.

    Removing the freezer from a 9.6 cu ft Danby

    This is a lot larger than most mini fridges. I would love to be able to lager, keg, and store bottles at the same time in the same fridge, but as soon as the secondary goes in there I have to remove the shelves leaving only the crisper drawer for bottles. It has the internal freezer...
