    Corny Keg Thermowell

    For those that ferment in Corny kegs with a fermentation chamber I thought i would share my latest DIY. TIG welded the end shut on a spare dip tube and popped the poppit out of an extra plug i had. now when i ferment i take out the dip tube, insert my new thermowell, and put the temperature...

    brewing with grass seed?

    So this may sound a little strange, but my buddy has 10# of grass seed he wants to turn into beer...has anyone tried it? I am skeptical as hell, not enough sugar, how do you mill it (he actually wants to bring it to our LHBS!). he says he can malt it. Is this crazy?
