    Yeast Bank in Waikato area.

    Three years ago I decided to start a frozen yeast bank with 5 Wyeast strains. Now, three years later I can report this has worked extremely well without a problem in fact and I've added a couple more. I'm keen to get hold of a few more strains, if anyone else is into freezing brewing yeast...
