    I'm interested in having a go at making a nice Honey and Strawberry flavoured wheat beer. Do you think they'd complement each other? I might just make it a honey wheat beer. I want it to be smooth, and sweet. But a have a slight bitter crunch to it. Any recommendations on hops/malts etc.
