    ALL beers - extract AND all grain taste bad. Please help me with new suggestions

    First brew day is down in the books!! Glad too cause man it smelled burnt almost, no I didn't scorch it cause there was no any thing on the bottom of the pot.

    My first attempt at fermenting anything...

    Great job it. That's the way I did it. I have airlocks and stuff now but that's how I got started, friendly tip siphon it off after it's clear into another jug if you get too much of the yeast pouring it out you'll get a hangover from hell.

    Kam I usually do that too. If I get some really stubborn glue or paint I use mineral spirits.

    Sweet Wine

    Yeah, just go with somthing you can do easily. The hardest part of wine making Is the wait ,aging don't get anxious let the wine sit for at least 4months or so before drinking. Be sure to take samples though:)

    To the guys who want try paint ball stuff, you need to use a regulator of some kind. The taps don't have one built in if there was I wouldn't trust it with hundreds of psi all the time. Those 16g cartridges are so small that once they are used they drop pressure alot. B
