    Help ID bitter off-flavor (taste like tonic)

    Do you filter your water ? It could be your picking up some alkaline from your water . If you brought up gushing then I'd say infection from your plastic parts and replace those .

    so what is the starting og and now final og? I usualy wait at least 2 weeks. Just make sure the gravity isnt droping still otherwise if your bottling you may have bottle bombs, and none of us want that.
