I have an ESB fermenting away (5g, 1.050, IBU 60), but I'm spreidd that it's underhopped. I have plenty of hops in it, but in my recipe the last hop addition (~1/2 oz EKG) is at 15min and almost all ESB recipes I've seen since have hops addee at 5 and/or 1min as well. Will my beer be to low in...
