I have a True TDD-2 that I bought from a bar going out of business and cleaned up. I'd like the ability to move it, but it's not on casters. I've seen a few OEM options online, but they're insanely expensive. Has anyone had success adding casters? Know what I should be looking for?

My system is based off of the brewtus 20. The boil kettle and the HLT are the same unit and I don't have a herms coil. I recirculate between the mash tun and boil/hlt to raise or maintain temps.

I'm interested in the same thing. I have a bag of 2-row and a bag of MO at home and will be brewing a porter this weekend. Not sure if it is worth it to use the MO. Won't all of the roasted grains drown out subtle flavors of the MO?
