    When you were racking did you notice any bubbles in the racking cain or tubing? I've had a racking cain lose its tight seal as I was transferring and it started introducing a crap load of oxygen.

    :D The fermentation side is a 3 day process, with the final day being anywhere from 10 to 14 hours long. Good thing I'm hourly ;) If I could just get paid to make awesome beer... :drunk:
