    First time kegging

    Had a question in regards to carbonating my beer. I am not in a hurry so was just going to set it the CO2 to 10-12 PSI and leave for 3-5 days at 42F. The question is do I hook the CO2 up to the IN or OUT spot on the keg. I have read that about boths way but just seeing which is better/fastest.

    Yeast Starter

    It is ok to leave a starter yeast sitting for 3 days? I know that most people pitch the yeast starter after 2 days but would it be ok to sit for one more day?

    Racking to Secondary

    I usually rack to a secondary but this last batch has been in my primary for 10 days now. It is still worth racking to a secondary or has it been to long in my primary and not worth racking.

    I have done yeast starters for my last couple of batches. I have been using liquid yeast. Last night I did another one but the airlock is not moving or has any type of activity(i.e. bubbles), but there is a lot of foam at the top of the wort. Any reason for this happening?     Amount of boiling water?

    I only have a 4 gallon brewpot. What would be the amount of water I should start boiling with? I have read different ideas from 2 gallons to 3 gallons. Just seeing what would work best.

    PBW and bottle cleaning

    I am just starting off with homebrewing and I have about 50 bottles that need a good cleaning. My homebrew store said to try PBW. Just seeing how much of this cleaner should be used to make the bottles clean enough to bottle in. Thanks for the help.
