    T-58 as a baking yeast?

    I have a packet of T-58 that sat out at room temp for a few days. I also need to get a mew sourdough starter going. This made me wonder if anyone has any experience making a baking starter with T-58 and if so what were the results.

    I just used that water to rinse out the juice bottles. The sugar seemed to dissolve pretty well in the juice when I shook the Carboy. I think I'll let this ferment out, then maybe age is in a little oak and serve it still.

    Are there any hops you actually dislike?

    I am not a big fan of citra anymore. Have been using it to bitter with because its clean, high alpha and I have like 3 pounds of it. It's just no good or flavor or aroma for me.

    The misuse of the terms "less" and "fewer" kind of drives me nuts. Less refers to a decrease in or a relatively smaller contiguous mass, as in "less traffic" whilst fewer refers to a decrease in or a relatively smaller group of individual entities, as is "fewer cars".     It's a new product offered by Northern Brewer. A "torch style" propane burner. $39.99. I like the simplicity of the stand design but not sure about the actually burner.

    Yeah it enough well at one time. Maybe a boil over too many has clogged it haha

    My burner has a very weak flame and is putting off alot of black smoke. It's just a cheap turkey fryer burner. Probably need to clean out all the holes, eh? I figure a torch tip cleaner should work well. Any tips/suggestions?
