I've seen people talk about having to refill their water locks, but mine tend to show little evaporation even after several weeks. I can't imagine a water lock drying up so quickly outside of fermenting in the Gobi desert... Mals

How long are you letting it sit in primary and how do you know your fermentation is finished? If your fermentation isn't complete and you bottle prematurely, I'd suspect it could cause the problems you describe... As is often the case, more info would help with any diagnosis... Mals

As has been stated several times in this thread, it's a little unfair to brand businesses as "unsupportive" etc. There are a lot of restrictions to APO mail (I know because I spent about 2.5 years in Europe) that you may not be familiar with. One of the bigger ones is that packages sent to APO...
