    Quick Question

    Hey all, quick question, My beer has been in the carboy for about 14 days now. Took a hydro reading at the beginning it was about 1.03. I Think it is about 1.05 now. so first question is; it is very hard to see in the carboy to get an accurate reading, from the beginning stages from blow-off...
