    blow-off tube problem

    Hey fella's I've never had this happen before. I brewed a stout last Saturday. Had the blow off tube in place with about 4" of water in a qt jar. The car boy is in view all the time. This morning I noticed the water was gone from the jar! I don't think it evaporated that fast cuz I looked...

    New Member, SE Virginia

    Greetings.... Just got back into brewing after about ten years.... I've scaled back from brewing 5 gallon batches and mini kegs to now brewing about 3 gallons and using plastic liter soda bottles. Usually brew ales that are a nice garnet color..... extract and speciality grains. cheers Neil

    supplies

    Greetings... I have been buying supplies from Midwest Brewing and they as a business are great, but the shipping is poor. They recently switched from UPS to FedEx. I have had things arrive late almost every other order. I have brought it to their attention, but it's really a FedEx issue...
