    Rye beer

    Reciepe 4 lbs American Row 4 lbs Pilsner 1.5 lbs Rye Malt 1 oz Cenntinnial @60 0.5 oz Summit @30 0.25 Northern Brewer @15 Mash as a Medium as per Beersmith--or--Mash as a Light beer? The difference is 60min in mash or 75 in mash?

    Have kegs new 2 tier brew station, suggestions?

    I currently have 3 kegs and want to make a 2-tier brew station. I have a burner for the boil and was wondering on incorporating a RIMs system.     Maple Bacon Beer?

    Trying to come up with a bacon maple porter. Any suggestions on this? Thinking on baking the bacon in oven and dry hopping with it. For the maple part, using a syrup addition or smoking grain over maple? Anyone tried this?
